On July 15, 2009, the Sector of Innovative and Growing Companies was transformed into the Market of Innovations and Investments (RII of the Moscow Exchange). This is a special section of the Moscow Exchange, created to attract investment in small and medium-sized companies in the innovation sector of the Russian economy.
In fact, among the issuers of RII there are quite large companies - the same Qiwi can hardly be called a small or medium-sized business
