Search for purchases
Since the tender platform is represented exclusively by a third-party service - a procurement showcase on RTS-Tender - the search for procedures can be carried out both on the official website and directly on this ETP.
To search on the official website, just visit the “Purchases” section and in the search form that opens, indicate the required criteria for selecting positions. Such criteria may include:
- names of goods and services;
- OKPD2 codes;
- procurement categories;
- subsidiaries of the company acting as customers;
- type of information system;
- Search results sorting options.
The search form on the RTS-Tender procurement showcase is more convenient and allows you to additionally set the following criteria:
- rules of conduct. 44-FZ, 223-FZ, small or commercial purchases;
- price ranges and dates for procedures;
- supply regions;
- display of positions for SMEs.
Unclaimed property can only be found on the official website in the section of the same name.
Stock dynamics
Polyus shares as of 16:40 Moscow time grew by 0.5% to 15,714.5 rubles and competed with NLMK for the TOP-8 position in terms of trading volume among all shares of the Moscow Exchange. Stocks rose for the 6th day in a row. During the trading day, a maximum was formed at the level of 15,949 rubles. This is the maximum quote since the beginning of January.
However, by late afternoon the stock had given up most of its gains. The long upper shadow on the daily chart and overbought condition on the relative strength index (RSI with a period of 14 days) makes it doubtful that in the coming days it will be possible to stay above the 200-day MA, which was broken upward during trading on Wednesday.
How to become a supplier
The rules for participation in procurement procedures of PJSC Polyus are similar to many other companies conducting competitive procurement. The general algorithm for a new supplier is as follows:
- Passing pre-qualification tests, if required by procurement conditions in a particular category.
- Providing a package of scanned documents to confirm qualifications.
- Filling out the counterparty's questionnaire to be included in the database of potential suppliers, among whom invitations to participate in the procedures are sent.
The above algorithm is required for large and specialized purchases in the field of supply of equipment and services.
Other procurements are successfully carried out on the RTS-Tender site and require simpler steps to get started:
- Register on the ETP and fill out information about the official and organization.
- Provide digital copies of documents confirming the entered data.
- Sign the registration application previously received with a qualified digital signature.
Commentary "Opening Research"
Alexey Pavlov, PhD, chief analyst at Otkritie Broker for the Russian market:
“The preliminary size of the final dividend of $5.09 per share was already announced during the publication of Polyus’ consolidated financial results for 2021. So now, de facto, this figure has simply been converted into rubles at the current exchange rate. Let us remind you that Polyus’ interim dividends for the first half of 2020 amounted to 240.18 rubles per share, that is, in total for the year, shareholders of the gold miner can receive 627.33 rubles per share.”
Currently, the dividend yield on Polyus shares, based on all dividends paid over the last 12 months, is 3.08% (12-month dividend yield). The indicative dividend yield (based on the last dividend on an annualized basis) is 4.92%, taking into account the share price of 15,723 rubles at the time of calculation.
Polyus's policy involves payments on a semi-annual basis in the amount of 30% of EBITDA (IFRS), subject to the availability of net profit for the period. This is if net debt/adjusted EBITDA (last 12 months) is less than 2.5x. If the indicator is more than 2.5x, the board of directors may decide to pay dividends taking into account the Company's cash position, free cash flow, forecast for the next periods and market conditions.
