Structured Products

These are investment methods, a financial service that Itinvest offers for clients who avoid high risks and want a simpler and more conservative way of investing. This is an exclusive offer from the company. Offered for a specific period, the investment subject may change depending on market conditions.

The income on such investments is fixed in an agreement with the broker and varies from less to more depending on the involvement of the client himself in purchasing a share of the structured product (SP). The joint venture itself can be anything - shares, a commodity asset, currency. Additionally, there is a minimum investment amount.

I will consider one of the joint ventures proposed by Itinvest for the summer of 2021 (from the company’s presentation).

As can be seen from the description, the client does not risk losing investments. For these periods, Lukoil, Polyus, dollar/ruble are also available as the underlying asset. We can conclude that Itinvest assumes the growth of these assets.

JV with a higher participation coefficient (CP).

The risk and involvement of the client are higher; if the price increases, the opportunity to get more in absolute terms. The investor's potential income is directly proportional to the degree of participation. Example: a CG of 50% was selected, the price increased by 10%, the client will receive 5%. The formula for charges is specified in the joint venture agreement.

The company helps conduct IPOs with the placement of securities at public auction. Itinvest conducted the IPO of JSC Europlan in 2015, PJSC RussNeft in 2021.

Access to international platforms using ITIGlobal - a personal financial advisor providing consensus forecasts on the actions of financial institutions, insider activity, and a special selection of news. The cost of such a service from a broker is 600 rubles/month, 5000 rubles/year.

What do they promise at KLT Invest?

On their website, the scammers do not skimp on their promises and talk about a multifunctional trading platform, a high level of data protection, fast trading and reliable liquidity. There is such nonsense here at every turn.

Can you trust the empty words of swindlers? Of course not.

Victims are offered the following assets for trafficking:

• cryptocurrencies,
• indices,
• goods,
• stock,
• currencies,
• metals.

In general, the most popular assets will supposedly be available to the trader immediately after registration. KLT Invest has only three tariffs. The minimum deposit is $150.

It would seem that the amount is quite modest, so it is not scary to give it to the broker. This is what KLT Invest is counting on. After all, who will fight for $150?

As for the conditions for each of the tariffs, they are described extremely poorly. They offer us practically no specifics here, but they didn’t forget to talk about leverage and instant execution.

This also exposes KLT Invest as scammers, because no sane broker would post such blatant nonsense on their website.

Remember! The broker should not have any profitability calculators on its website.

Software and mobile trading

In 2013 Itinvest launched a new trading system MatriX. The new vehicle is built using a new architecture.

Signs of a scam in KLT Invest

The company’s website is replete with statements that KLT Invest has the most favorable trading conditions. Here at every step they talk about real trading accounts that will bring big profits to clients and loyal trading conditions.

Next, they list the fake advantages of the scam broker. This is a typical “symptom” of divorce. Real brokers will not talk such blatant nonsense on their official website.

Everything would be fine, and the scam from KLT Invest could seem like a completely real broker, if not for the fact that this office has a 100% double. The second scam is called Noxelo, and its website looks exactly the same as our scammer’s resource.

Only the name and logo are different here. The terms of cooperation, the fake advantages of the office - everything is absolutely identical.

It is obvious that the scammers have created several websites for themselves in order to collect as much money as possible from victims and escape in an unknown direction.

This kind of fraudulent projects is called hype and is designed for a short period of time. So, the main task of scammers is to take as many as possible and as quickly as possible.

Bottom line

KLT Invest is not a broker. These scammers simply scam novice traders out of serious sums, persuading them to increase their deposit size. In the end, scammers simply block access to accounts, steal money from traders’ accounts, and close accounts.

Problems with information about tariffs, fake stories, a profitability calculator, problems with documents and the presence of a duplicate site also only indicate that KLT Invest is engaged in outright fraud.

You certainly shouldn’t count on serious profits here, but you should beware of losses.

In pursuit of easy money, a person can lose all his savings, so you should be very careful when choosing a financial intermediary. KLT Invest is definitely not suitable for this role.

Working with a broker

Below I will consider the main stages of working with Itinvest - opening an account, replenishing and withdrawing funds, how to get demo access from a broker.

Registration on the official website

The ITinvest website has a form for logging into the client’s personal account. A login and password are assigned after opening a trading account (see below “Instructions for opening an account”). The MatriX trading system with support for a single cash position is managed through your personal account.

Using SMS, we electronically sign documents for opening an account. There is no need to come to the office.

Demo account
