- in the summer of 2022 – 4.19 rubles per share, or 10.4% yield.

But the value of Surgutneftegaz shares in terms of dividends for 2022 will decrease, as the forecast says, so it is more profitable to buy shares for this year than to sell. The Surgutneftegas company was created in April 1993 by decree of the Russian government on the basis of the production association of the same name. 45% of the shares were assigned to the state, 8% were sold at a closed auction, 7% were purchased by the company itself for vouchers. The remaining 40% were sold in June 1994 by Neft-Invest JSC by the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Property Fund. In 1995, the Surgutneftegaz pension fund won a loans-for-shares auction for 40.16% of the state share of the oil company for 1.4 trillion rubles.
