The transfer from AHML had a strict and explicit purpose for REPAYMENT OF A PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED LOAN UNDER THE AGREEMENT (No. 503172714 DATED 04/19/2017) and was used for the purpose of immediate repayment of the mortgage loan at PJSC Promsvyazbank. Moreover, the purpose of the payment specifically indicated the number of the loan agreement with PJSC Promsvyazbank.

According to Promsvyazbank tariffs dated DECEMBER 06, 2021 for settlement and cash services for individuals, these transfers (to repay a previously issued loan) are not subject to the withholding of a 1% commission, and it was these updated tariffs that we took into account to structure the transaction. I opened an account and was given a card. I asked for a phil face card. In fact, they issued a corporate one.

I transferred my money there. It is impossible to return them from the card! Staff negligence!

I called the bank and they told me it’s your problem.

It seems they said they would return the money later. Five days passed, I received an SMS that I could go and get a card from PSB Bank, upon receipt they told me that I had to transfer the money to their Fund, otherwise I would not receive punishment, I refused and wrote a complaint, now there is no response or greetings from them. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone, there are scammers and extortionists.

To transfer money to another card, you need to enter YOUR card number in YOUR mobile bank, but first, to enter the program, you need to enter a hundred passwords. It does not support most of the necessary companies for paying for services; opening cards and finding the nearest ATM is an epic task. Maps do not open or load in the program at all! The application itself is inconvenient, buggy, and slow. In general, I’m disappointed - if it weren’t for the card being a salary card, I would never have applied for it in my life.
